Marcus Butler, Jim Chapman, Leon Bustin, and John Chapman will be playing football in support of the Community Sports Foundation.
The Norwich City Community Sports Foundation “helps over 20,000 people every year achieve their goals through sport, supporting some of the most disadvantaged, disabled and talented people across Norfolk”. One of the ways the Foundation has done this is the annual Jamie’s Game football match, which has been put on for the past four years.
Jamie’s Game is put on by the Norwich City Football Club, and features celebrities and ex-players. This year, Marcus Butler, Jim Chapman, John Chapman, and Leon Bustin will be participating in the event, alongside the likes of Terry Alderton, Ruel Fox, Dean Edwards, and Shayne Ward. Jim has also been announced as one of the team captains for the game.
Over the course of its four years, Jamie’s Game has raised £20,000 for the Community Sports Foundation through donations and ticket sales. Those wishing to attend this year’s game can purchase tickets via the foundation’s website. Along with regular tickets, there are also “hospitality” packages available, which feature box seating and a chance to take part in meet-and-greets.
