Sam King has announced a new app, which will be available for download on 29 November.
The SamKingftw App will offer exclusive content for Sam‘s fans and followers, including exclusive weekly videos and live streams, as well as merch.
The merch will be fully customisable. Fans will be able to pick from pictures Sam has personally chosen or they can upload their own, which can then be made into posters, stickers and phone cases. As Sam says, “It could literally be a picture of your cat.”
Another feature of the app, which also happens to be Sam’s favourite, will be the Banter Button. According to Sam, whenever the button is pressed, he will say any of a number of his favourite banter-related words. Fans will also be able to connect with Sam and other users through the app’s fan wall, where they are free to post statuses and images.
Announcing the app through video, Sam said:
“I want to say a massive ‘thank you’ to all of you because, without you guys watching these videos and your support, I would never get to do things like this, and this is cool. I have my own app now.”

The app will be available on Apple and Android as of 29 November at 17.00 GMT, and anyone who downloads it will be entered into a draw for a chance to win a secret prize.
