Hear that? It’s the sound of Mariah Carey warming up her vocal chords – but WAIT!
Before we even start thinking about Christmas we need to recover from a whole month of spoopy content, culminating with some incredible costumes.
Here are the top five moments from our favourite YouTubers tackling Halloween 2015 attire.
5. Myles Wheeler was Effort.

Possibly the most frightening outfit we’ve ever seen, Myles Wheeler decided to combine minimal-effort with the same spirit that compels retail shops to stock Christmas stuff from August.
His glazed, unchanging expression speaks volumes about consumerism and how both holidays have changed for the worse; now we’ve all grown up so much we have to accompany children going trick or treating rather than actually reaping the benefits ourselves. Deep.
4. Chloe Dungate was really happy.
I was super spoopy tonight at @youtubespacelon.
Thank you @oohgaryc for the amazing/creepy pictures! pic.twitter.com/my5WYW6sKB— Creepy Dungate (@ScarfDemon) October 30, 2015
We adore the simplicity of Chloe Dungate’s costume: subtle brows, a hint of eye shadow and a beautiful, dark lip. This look is bang on trend and don’t let anyone else tell you otherwise.
Accessorised with a bloodied knife (see here), you just know Chloe’s radiant smile caught everyone off guard at the London YouTube Space party. What gossip did she hear there? We don’t know, but we do know we totally want to be BFFs with her. Call us, Chloe, and bring that cute grin.
3. Charlie McDonnell was the most adorable vampire we’ve ever seen.
Happy Halloween from… the Trololo guy? No, wait, Dracula. Definitely Dracula. 🎃 https://t.co/ecyh1vi4OJ pic.twitter.com/V1w22O7ous

Adorable or very, very creepy (the longer you stare at it) – either way Charlie McDonnell out did himself this year with this awesome Dracula costume.
Can we talk about his hairline? We want a Cereal Time tutorial soon, please.
2. Jack Howard (& co.) AKA judgmental cats and a witch.

— Jack Howard (@JackHoward) October 31, 2015
Sometimes you just want to head to a party with nobody making any assumptions that you’re trying to be other YouTubers. Can’t you just LIVE? Will anyone give you a break?
Jack Howard and his buddies were unlucky this year. Their highly plausible cat costumes were wildly misinterpreted by a phanatical Twitter user and, unfortunately, we’re unable to see past it.
1. Sammy Paul was Daniel J. Layton
I've come to Halloween as @DanielJLayton. pic.twitter.com/deX1aV5wlx

Sometimes you just want to head to a party with everybody making assumptions that you ARE trying to be another YouTuber, and Sammy Paul just won YouTube Halloween 2015.
From his facial hair to the baggy cardigan, this outfit is spot on and was sure to make anyone double take. Our only question: where did the chest hair come from?
OK, our second question: do we want to know?
BONUS ROUND:
Our winner Sammy, AKA the human chameleon, is completely unrecognisable in his second Halloween costume. You may have spotted him in Jack’s tweet, but here he is ready for his close-up. It doesn’t get sexier or more feline than this.
Having put a lot of effort into last nights' costume, today I'm opting for an easier look: a sexy cat. pic.twitter.com/gcn2HTQfvy
