@TeamYouTube is a new service dedicated to helping viewers and creators navigate the site.
YouTube have launched a new support service on Twitter to help both creators and viewers best utilize the site. Whether it’s a question regarding how to stop videos lagging or one asking about upload speeds, @TeamYouTube are there to help.

The account will be active Monday to Friday from 9am-5pm PST, or 4pm-12am GMT for those of us located in the UK. Along with responding directly to user enquiries, the service will also be posting tips and linking to YouTube’s support videos, which detail everything from signing into the site to creating a playlist.
