Niki and Sammy Albon, Louise Pentland and Jack Howard are among YouTubers being transformed for an Alice In Wonderland inspired photo shoot.
Jack Howard, Gary C, Sam King, Laura Bubble, Niki and Sammy Albon, Louise Pentland, Helen Anderson and Doug Armstrong participated in the shoot – which has been dubbed the “YouTuber Photo Shoot” – put together by fine art photographer Linda Blacker.
“I had not seen a creative theatrical group photo shoot in the YouTuber community before in such a fairy tale style,” says Linda, “I thought it would be excellent to create a series of colourful pieces for the YouTube audiences to enjoy!”
The shoot is part of Linda’s new photo series, which she describes as “mad with a twist”. Being released over the next two weeks and just in time for the holidays, it features a variety of characters from Alice In Wonderland coming together for the famous Alice’s Christmas tea party scene.
Each YouTuber adopted the persona of a character from the novel. Louise will be playing the part of Alice; Gary and Helen the King and Queen of Hearts; Jack the Mad Hatter; Sam the Dormouse; Doug the White Rabbit; and Niki, Sammy and Laura will be the Queen’s guards.
The shoot was put together with assistance from hair stylist John May and make-up artists Michelle Blacker and Ashleigh Bunce.
Speaking to TenEighty about how the story will unfold in pictures, Linda said: “You will have to wait and see the images to see!”.
