Gary C and Jack Dean are among 50 YouTubers to state “We are here for you” in a collaboration video.
Produced by Francesca Georgiou the video is a response to the recent sexual abuse allegations that have occurred in the YouTube world.
Francesca told TenEighty: “This topic has been an overwhelming thing to hear and talk about this year in the community. With many alleged abusers attempting to return to YouTube, I felt hopeless. I know a lot of other people did too.”
Other YouTubers to take part include Paul Neafcy, MorganPaigeLoves and NeonFiona.
“YouTube Culture videos have highlighted the divide between creators/viewers with different subscriber counts and relating that to the issue of abuse,” added Francesca. “This was a project for all.”
