Zoella appeared on ITV’s This Morning on Thursday to discuss social anxiety.
In an live TV discussion with Phillip Schofield and Holly Willoughby, Zoe Sugg said it was important to be open about the disorder.
Zoe told Phillip and Holly: “It’s something that is hard to explain to people who don’t understand. I always worry too much about letting people down. If I’m having a panic attack, I always feel like everyone is staring at me”.

Zoe opened up about recent experiences, including having a panic attack during a birthday barbecue with friends Tanya Burr and Niomi Smart.
The interview comes shortly after her appearance on ITV chat show Loose Women, where Zoe promoted her new book “Girl Online”. The book’s main character Penny also suffers from anxiety.
