TenEighty have been added to the awards judging panel at London web series festival Raindance Web Fest 2014.
Showcasing web series from independent filmmakers, Raindance Web Fest will include screenings, panels, events and an award ceremony consisting of six categories.
The event is hosted by Raindance Film Festival and will take place on 27 & 28 September 2014 at London’s Vue Piccadilly Circus.
“Online content is becoming the place for filmmakers and creators to be discovered. Web series creators are the perfect example of independent filmmakers who have plugged into the social media landscape”, Raindance founder Elliot Grove told TheCultDen.
Award submissions for web series are currently open for filmmakers at a £35 fee. The regular deadline is 15 June 2014, the late deadline is 6 July 2014 at a £45 fee.
Previous submissions include Bitchcraft starring PJ Liguori and the 2013 festival hosted panels with Liam Dryden, Myles Dyer and Chris Kendall.
